Pickup and return process, Sydney Metro

If you are located in Sydney Metro and have booked a pickup and return repair job, here is how the process goes. For customers outside Sydney Metro please click here.

  1. We will contact you to agree on a pickup time (4 hours window required).
  2. You are not required to package your device as we use same day courier, which means the parcel does not go through depots and belts etc... However please send your laptop in a bag or box.
  3. Once received you will be emailed that we have received your device.
  4. When repaired you will also receive an email
  5. When couriered back you will receive a tracking number.

If your device is not picked up on time please contact us at 02 8081 2555 and let us know to re-organize pickup.
