Hi Are you able to replace or repair a non operational USB port on a Surface Pro 4? It currently isn’t responding to any kind of USB item that is plugged into it, I have restarted, checked he drivers, reinstalled the drivers etc and none of these have had any effect. Thank you

No, this is not something we can repair, try back up your device and do a complete restore. see if this will fix the problem.
