I think that the AC/DC JACK is damaged and the Battery does not charge, please help? It is a Compaq laptop

DC Jack repair is $135 Pickup and return is optional @ $40.

If the DC Jack is dead, the battery will not charge. We will replace the DC Jack and if the battery still not charging we will quote accordingly.
