How to package my device for Repair Service
Laptops, Smart Phones and tablets are very sensitive devices, to avoid more damage to the device in transit we recommend the following:
- Use lots of padding such as bubble wrap.
- Use a tough box, such as device original box, or a box purchased from the post office.
- DO NOT leave any room for the device to move while in the box. Close the box and shake it before taping it and make sure the device is not moving inside the box.
- If you are sending more than one device in the same box, please use bubble wrap between the devices.
