We have received your Repair Booking and will contact you shortly. An email with ticket number will land in your inbox in the next few minutes. If you don't receive it please check junk mail / spam.
- If you booked a pickup-return repair service (Sydney Only): You will receive a call to organize a time for pickup. Once your device is repaired you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number.
- If you booked a drop off repair service, we are open between 9 - 5:30 Mondays to Fridays. If you are seeking an on the spot repair, please call us at 02 8081 2555 to check spare part availability.
- If you booked a pickup-return service (interstate) please see pickup and return link and advice on packaging your device.
